Welcome to Veloura Stays.
By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

 

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and stays at Veloura Stays. By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with them.

 

2. Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, partner platforms, or directly via our reservation team.

  • A valid credit/debit card or online payment is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Full payment or a deposit (as specified during booking) must be received before check-in.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are quoted in local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: From 2:00 PM

  • Check-Out: By 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.

  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

 

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect.

  • Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.

  • Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated non-smoking areas.

  • Illegal activities, disorderly conduct, or violation of local laws will result in immediate eviction without refund.

 

6. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children under 6 years stay free when using existing bedding.

  • Extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

  • Cribs can be provided subject to availability.

 

7. Pets

  • Pets are welcome only in designated rooms. Please inform us during booking if you plan to bring a pet.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

 

8. Liability

  • Veloura Stays is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

  • Use of hotel facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

 

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will only be used to process your reservation and improve our services. For more details, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

 

10. Amendments to Terms

Veloura Stays reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page and apply immediately upon publication.
