Cancellation Policy

At Veloura Stays, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible and transparent as possible:

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in without any charges.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

  • Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival or fail to check in, the full amount of the first night will be charged.

  • Date Changes: You may reschedule your stay once without additional fees if done at least 48 hours before check-in, subject to room availability.
