At Greenspire, we take utmost care to ensure your plants reach you healthy, fresh, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle and deliver your orders safely across India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Each plant is carefully inspected, watered, and packed before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

 

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp update with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

3. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers who specialize in handling fragile and live items.
All shipments are trackable and handled with care to ensure minimal stress to your plants.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.

  • Any applicable fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.

 

5. Packaging & Handling

Each plant is shipped in eco-friendly, protective packaging designed to:

  • Prevent soil spillage

  • Maintain moisture during transit

  • Protect leaves and stems from damage

We avoid using plastic wherever possible and use recyclable materials for a sustainable delivery experience.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
You can also log into your Greenspire account anytime to check your order status.

 

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable carriers, delivery times may occasionally vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festival or public holiday rush

  • Courier service limitations in certain regions

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, our support team will proactively assist you.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email support@greenspire.in with clear photos of the package and plant.
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within India. We plan to expand to international locations in the future.
