Cancellation Policy
At Greenspire, we work hard to prepare and ship your plants as quickly as possible. Since each plant is freshly hand-packed, we can only accommodate cancellations within a limited time window.
1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered the packaging or dispatch stage, it cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of live plants.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through:

3. Refunds on Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations made within the time frame will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

If you paid via wallet or store credit, the amount will be re-credited to your Greenspire account.
4. Late Cancellations
If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for options in case of damage or incorrect delivery.
5. Modifying an Order
Minor changes (such as delivery address or contact details) may be accepted within the 12-hour window, depending on order status. Contact our support team promptly for assistance.
