Return & Exchange Policy

At Greenspire, every plant is packed with care and delivered fresh from our greenhouse. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to make it right.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or replacements if:

  • The plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos and order details.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging materials (if applicable).


2. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and freshness of all our plants, we do not accept returns for:

  • Plants damaged after delivery due to improper care or handling.

  • Items purchased on clearance or during special sales.

  • Custom or bulk orders.

  • Gift cards or downloadable content.

 

3. Replacement or Refund Process
Once your return or replacement request is received:

  1. Our support team will review the photos and order details.

  2. If approved, we’ll send a replacement plant or issue store credit/refund (as applicable).

  3. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

4. Exchange Requests
If you’d like to exchange a plant for another variety or size, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable price differences.


5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After the order is processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.


6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong plant or a damaged item:

  • Email us at support@greenspire.in within 7 days.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
    We’ll review and send a replacement at no extra cost.

 

7. Shipping Costs

  • For approved returns or replacements due to damage or incorrect delivery, shipping is free.

  • For voluntary returns or exchanges, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
