If something doesn’t feel right, our return and exchange process is simple, quick, and worry-free.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

The product should have all original tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

A valid proof of purchase or order ID is required.
How to Initiate a Return

Mention your Order ID, item name, and reason for return.

Our support team will respond within 24 hours with pickup or shipping instructions.

Once your item reaches our facility, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, PayPal, etc.).

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect after product inspection.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for the same product type or equivalent value item, subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

For size or color variations, please specify your preference when contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Clearance or discounted items

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Defective or Wrong Item Delivered
If your toy arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

Please email us photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery at support@toyture.com.

We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

We’re committed to reducing waste. Wherever possible, please reuse or recycle the packaging materials used for returns.
