Cancellations Policy — Toyture™

1. Our Commitment

At Toyture™, we understand that sometimes plans change — and that’s okay!
We’ve made our cancellation process simple and transparent to ensure your shopping experience stays stress-free.

2. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still request a return or exchange after delivery (as per our Return & Exchange Policy).

 

3. How to Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at orders@toyture.com with your Order ID and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

  2. Our support team will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

  3. If approved, your order will be cancelled, and your payment will be refunded to your original method.

 

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations made within the time window are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • If your payment was made via credit/debit card, UPI, or PayPal, the credited amount will appear automatically once processed.

 

5. Prepaid Orders & Dispatch Stage

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to halt the delivery process.

  • In such cases, please wait for the product to arrive and then submit a Return Request within 7 days of delivery.

 

6. Gift Orders and Bulk Purchases

If you’ve placed a bulk or gift order, cancellations may depend on stock availability and packaging stages.
Please contact support@toyture.com as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

7. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items are not eligible for cancellation, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made toys

  • Clearance and sale items

  • Digital products or gift cards

 

8. Delay or Non-Delivery

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, you may request a full refund or replacement after verification from our logistics partner.
We’ll always make sure you get the toys you ordered or your money back — guaranteed.
