Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga focuses on the fundamental postures and breathing techniques. It's a great starting point for beginners and emphasizes balance, flexibility, and relaxation. Hatha classes often incorporate a mix of poses and relaxation techniques.

Meditation & Breathwork

Meditation & Breathwork sessions focus on mindfulness, relaxation, and inner peace. Through guided breathing exercises and simple meditation techniques, you’ll learn to manage stress, improve focus, and connect deeply with the present moment.
