3. Shipping & Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2–4 working days from the date of payment confirmation (unless a different dispatch timeframe is mentioned at product level).

We deliver across India. Shipping charges (if any) and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you notice any damage or missing parts, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted beyond a specific rate may not be eligible for return/exchange — check the product page for any special notes.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping cost for returning the item may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
