Cancellations & Reschedule Policy

We know that sometimes life can get in the way, and that's why we have a cancellation and rescheduling policy in place to help our students. If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible. We require at least 24 hours notice prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. We also offer the option to reschedule your course if your plans change. We want all of our students to have a positive experience with edu connect, so please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

We have a flexible cancellation and rescheduling policy in place to accommodate our students' needs. If you need to cancel your course, we require at least 24 hours notice prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. If you need to reschedule, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We want our students to have a hassle-free experience when working with us and are committed to working with you to find a solution that fits your needs.

At edu connect, we understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we have a flexible cancellation and reschedule policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a course, please contact us as soon as possible. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged a flat fee of $50.00. If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find a new date and time that works for you. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that your preferred date and time will be available.
